Is my husband’s snoring both our problem?
My husband snores like crazy. Every single night. If I’m lucky enough to fall asleep before he does, I’m fine, I won’t even know if he snored that night. But if I don’t fall asleep before he does, without a doubt, I’ll automatically go into sleep deprivation mode (or insomnia). He gets upset if I get up in the middle of the night tired of waking him up and letting him know he is snoring, then ending up in an extra bedroom. He says his snoring is both our problem, therefore I should not leave our bedroom, yet he has done absolutely nothing to even find out why he snores so much. Is it true that this is both our problem? If so, what is my part in this?
he could go see his doctor. Sometimes severe snoring can completely obstruct the airway and cause sleep apnea (where the person stops breathing for small increments while sleeping)…he could try those breathe right strips. They work for some…for you I suggest you get earplugs…that is what i use…they are fab..oo..lus…:)
My husband snores heavily at night, it disturbs me from sleeping. What should be a solution.?
Disturbed wife sleep by a snoring husband. Any solution?
You could always put in earplugs and just tell him it’s a new home remedy to clean the ears of disruptive materials! Or tell him calmly and sincerely that he should try and avoid being stressful at work as this can lead to snoring.
lately i started snoring and wetting the pillow with mouth liquid while sleeping .whats the cause and remedy?
That "mouth liquid" is just drool. You are sleeping with your mouth open – very common. This is also why you may snore.
However, if this wasn’t typical of you before, then you have to see what’s different in your life. Have you grown in height a fair amount recently? Have you gained a fair amount of weight recently (be honest)? Have you had a cold, allergies or anything that might cause blocked sinuses?
I have always had trouble with my sinuses, and it’s tough for them to remain clear at night. You can try using those nasal strips that will help keep your nasal passages open and allow you to breathe easier at night.
If you have no changes in your life (that is, no weight gain, no blocked sinuses, etc.), and your snoring really is sudden, then you may want to talk to your doctor. Sleep apnea may be occurring and this can be due to not only weight gain, but also more serious medical issues (high blood pressure).
Hope this helps!
My roomate snores very loud? How do I get sleep?
My roomate is very annoying snoring every night. I can’t take much more of it. I am sleepy every day. I am at my wits end.
They snore constantly all night long. I get very mad and have complained about it. I share a room with them. I have my own bed. My roomate got mad when I complained in my sleep. What can I do?
snoring is a medical problem. They are slowing killing themselves. They REALLY need to see a sleep disorders center.
(I’ve been there!)
What you can do;
1) move
2) wear ear plugs
3) when the snore, dump ice water on them
4) hold a pillow over their face until they stop snoring.

Dr. Nick Schaeffer, Florida Said
I was the quintessential snorer! Seriously, I had a reputation as the loudest in my dorm at college. Nothing much has changed. In fact, my snoring may be one of the primary causes of my divorce. Currently, I live with my mom and she could hear my snoring with my door closed and the TV playing.
When I saw the My Snoring Solution jaw supporter online, I thought, “I’ve got nothing to lose” and I ordered one. I began wearing it (at night) from the first day it arrived. My snoring ceased immediately. This is the only anti-snoring product that I can recommend as it is the only one that has ever worked for me, and I’ve tried them all!

Help! My husband won’t stop snoring!?
I am at my wits end, my husband snores incessantly, on his stomach, back, side. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone know of any home remedies or anything that has worked for them? Product recommendations would be great. Ear plugs aren’t an option, I have a little one I need to hear wake up during the night.
I feel your pain. My hubby snores, too.
~Try the snore-stop throat spray and the breath right nasal strips.
~Also, make sure you keep the bedroom dusted, and consider getting new pillows (not just because of allergens, but also because he may need a different firmness).
~You may want to consider an air purifier, which could help cut down on allergens.
~Make sure he doesn’t drink milk close tp bedtime, the phlegm will make his snoring worse.
~Check into a humidifier, my hubby snores more when the humidity is lower)
~Try to get him to try a nasal spray called Simply Saline. It is canned saline, and once you get the hang of it, it can really help hydrate and clean out the sinuses.
~If he is over-weight it may contribute to the issue.
If none of these steps improve the situation, definitely check with a doctor who may be able to diagnose the cause.
These steps helped our situation, but we may still end up going to the doctor. I wish you good luck.
At the end of a busy day, Gizzy is snoring up a storm.
The end of that legendary night!!
