PostHeaderIcon How can I get some relief from my Husband’s Snoring?!?

I have a major problem – my husband’s extremely loud snoring!! It’s driving me insane!! He fall’s asleep in front of the tv and it’s so loud you can’t hear the programme. When he goes to bed you can hear him down the other end of the house! Any suggestions??? If he has been drinking alcohol – it’s ten times worse!! Thankyou in advance.

Me and you are in the same boat girl.

We have tried EVERYTHING, the nose strips, the humidifiers, Vicks vapor rub, a breathing machine, and he even had surgery a few years ago. Have you all tried all of those? [[except for the surgery of course]]

I think there’s some kind of nose spray that is supposed to help, but who knows.

Good luck with your snorer, hope one of us gets some relief =]
