When i was a truck driver i used easy start sprays in my digs if other overnighters snored.Just a little blast up the nose with the ether spray and they slept in till noon the next day.I had a lot of the lads looking for me at one time up north east and Scotland. This is before sleeper cabs came in .

Oh boy do I know how you feel? Nightmare, my hubby snores and it drives me insane! we have found, however, that simply sniffing nasal spray before bed does help him. i have also noticed that guiness is a real contributing factor to his snoring!!!!! But jokes aside, try the nasal spray, it defo helped my situation.

Olbas Oil usually stops people from snoring. Put a few drops onto his pillow and it should hopefully stop the snoring. You could also try going to bed a few hours before him, so that your so asleep that you can hear him.

Get him to exercise often and maybe you should go to bed before him. You could try wwearing earplugs…. failing that you could go hunting for a new boyfriend… lol, just kidding…. good luck

My fiance’ snores like a mothaf@cka. We buy those breath right strips in bulk whenever they go on sale. They help to some degree. If your boyfriend has health insurance, suggest that he have a complete physical exam. He might have a deviated septum in his nose which can cause snoring. This can easily be corrected with minor surgery.

Buy some nasal strip plasters, they keep your nasal passages open and cuts out snoring

I feel for you! My husband AND my two pit bulls snore terribly loud, every night. I have taken to sleeping with soft foam earplugs. They are inexpensive and not dense enough to block out all sounds, but they deaden them enough to let me get to sleep. Just make sure you clean your ears just before bed, and don’t use the plugs for more than a couple of nights before you toss them out.

Try breath rite strips that go on his nose. They really do work. You can buy them at the pharmacy and they have generic brands too.

Snoring is a form of sleep apnea he may want to go to a sleep clinic or get checked out by a doctor.
