my wife snores every night any suggestions on how to stop her. i love her to death but i cant stand it.
Get that woman a sleep study! Maybe she has sleep apnea. Try the nasal strips or even the nasal/throat spray (think it’s called Snore-away or something like that). Otherwise, she may need to see a doctor.

has your wife gained weight lately cause that can cause a person to snore otherwise u need to buy yourself some good ear plugs

My husband snores every night as well. He has tried everything and we can’t find a thing to help. I had to move into a different room.. it is the only way we can both get some sleep. This way, I don’t hear the snoring, and I am not waking him every few minutes to move him around. Being at home is fine, but in a motel, I end up sleeping in the bathroom on the floor.. not very comfortable!!! I hope you find your answer.
