Also, recalling a little past incident that is an endlessly amusing inside joke between me & my friend, I feel the need to include that they are for YOU, not the actual snorer. And although it may be hard to believe, the name IS in fact honest about where you are to put them (Again, part of an inside joke ).

I know exactly how you feel
My girlfriend used to snore EVERY night and I’d wake up tired and in a bad mood
For the last few months she has been wearing a stop snore ring and it has stopped her snoring completely
It works on acupressure and it’s as simple as wearing a ring on the little finger

You can get spray stuff that you squirt down the throat before bed. It works a bit but not 100%. I sympathise with you all the way – I don’t get much sleep either unless I stay on the settee.

i used to snore really bad, the only way i managed to stop it was by having my tonsils removed because it turned out that the main cause of mine was having excess skin in my throat, they even removed my uvula….but hey…its worked!

i live with a snorer and have tried everything and the only thing that works for me are earplugs..i get a goodnights sleep and i'm not half dead in work the next day!

She may have blocked sinus cavities – a decongestant might help, but don’t take them as a non-stop cure, since there could be a rebound effect. Nasal irrigation may help – snorting a quarter or a teasp pure sea salt plus a quarter teasp bicarbonate of soda dissolved in warm water. Do this twice daily. (You can check it out on the internet).
If nothing else works, pack her off to see her doc – she may need a small op on her nose.
